I am a trauma informed therapist, committed to creating a safe environment for healing. I counsel all ages from 4 years old- 60+. I love working with children providing art and play therapy to assist them in exploring complex emotions and feelings. I also specialize in working with clients experiencing depression, trauma, PTSD, and grief and loss.
