Hello! I’m AnnaLisa (“Lisa”) Morgione, MA, NCC, LPC. I am a mindfulness-based mental health counselor who uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to compassionately attend to pain, trauma, depression, anxiety, and grieving. I currently work with individuals, ages 16 & up, and couples. My demeanor tends to be warm, gentle, and connecting.
