Hi there, I'm Lisa! Welcome! I am so glad you are here and have chosen to take the next step toward positive mental health. I am honored to walk alongside my clients as they navigate life's challenges, find greater purpose, and an overall sense of well-being. Whether you feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, down, or just need support and encouragement, I am here to meet you where you are at on your journey. My approach to therapy is collaborative and non-judgmental, where we work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns of behavior. We will dig deep to find the underlying reasons why these patterns were formed.
My goal is to meet each person exactly where they are on their journey. I work to tailor my approach to meet the individual needs of each client. I want our therapeutic time to be a place where each person feels comfortable and safe, to openly explore their thoughts and experiences. I love helping people uncover the "why" in their life.
My communication style is warm and inviting. I provide active listening while looking for various themes and patterns that we can explore. My goal is to help people dig deep and gain insight into these patterns in order to make lasting change.
