At times life feels exhausting, overwhelming, and lonely—like you’re always in survival mode. I help clients understand themselves so they can feel more confident and regulated. This is a journey toward feeling fully alive. My approach is trauma‑informed, attachment‑based, and somatic. I also offer somatic touch to support nervous‑system regulation, along with practical resources and ongoing support.
I would describe my approach with one word; relational. I am an in-the-trenches type of family therapist who walks with individuals, couples and families holding the hope that changes are possible. I want everyone to feel more ease, understanding, support, and confidence.
I am passionate about working with adolescents, young adults, couples and families. While individual therapy can be transformative, I believe significant change can occur when working with the whole family.
