I work with individuals as they process trauma, depression, and anxiety. Many of my clients may also be struggling with boundaries, self-compassion, self-care, emotional regulation, and assertiveness. It’s my hope that counseling will also offer individuals a greater sense of peace and love for themselves.
With a warm and comforting demeanor, I work to provide a gentle, safe place for you to experience change. As a trauma-informed therapist, my style is collaborative in that I want you to be empowered to direct our process together as I offer interventions and suggestions for our work.
It is an honor to hold space for clients as they find greater emotional and spiritual health, heal from wounds, and become who they were created to be. In addition to my training as a counselor, I have over six years of pastoral counseling and church leadership experience and am comfortable integrating your faith perspectives into sessions.
