Do you feel overwhelmed trying to juggle work-life-social demands from the moment your eyes open? Overanalyzing, questioning yourself, missing out on life's simple joys? You want to feel confident and calm -not stuck or second guessing. Many ambitious individuals I work with spend a ton of time caring for others (or about others) that their own needs come last- resentment building. Sometimes this manifests in the same fight over and over with your partner or family member. It makes you feel emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from the joy you once had— if this sounds like you, it's time to check in.

As a working millennial mom (and introverted/anxious human), I get it. I bring a foundation of trust and nonjudgment. We'll work through anxiety, stress, burnout, & life transitions so that you don't feel like you're just "holding it together" on the outside, but barely getting by on the inside. We will learn coping skills and communication strategies.
