Creative Expressions: Centering with Mandalas!

This is the 3rd workshop in our Saturday Morning Creative Expression Series. This group will be held on June 8th, from 10am - noon, and is open to all. It will start with an Introduction & history of Mandalas, followed by a brief guided meditation to awaken the emotional mind (Right brain). Then, time to color in various Mandala designs of your choice, or create your own. All art supplies are provided, along with refreshments & music. This group will be led by a Trauma therapist.
