ADHD clients are assisted in understanding, developing behavioral and cognitive strategies to help manage their ADHD symptoms. I use a psychodynamic approach and CBT to address issues regarding anxiety and depression.
Clients struggling with chemical dependence are assisted in beginning their recovery program.
Chronic illness and life transitions.
Acknowledge and process emotions with both chronic illness and stage of life issues. I encourage self care, take small steps, create routine and reframe thinking and building a supportive network.
