I'm Lisa Mau, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering individual therapy through secure telehealth sessions. I specialize in supporting adults experiencing issues with addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and life transition challenges. Rooted in a person-centered, strengths-based approach, I create a safe affirming space where each client is seen, heard, and empowered to heal at their own pace. When appropriate I may incorporate therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Motivational Interviewing to support healing and growth.
Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, discuss what brings you to therapy, and ask any questions you may have. We will also explore your goals and assess whether I feel like the right fit to support you in your therapeutic journey.
I enjoy working with adults who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain during a life transition and are looking for support, clarity, and direction. I also specialize in helping adults navigate challenges related to addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and other difficult life experiences.
