My mission is to empower my clients to navigate their lives in a new way which brings joy. Through therapeutic work, I strive to bring clarity and awareness to patterns of thought which prevent healthy and happy living, and redirect ineffective thought patterns into productive solutions.

My approach is attachment and cognitive behavioral in theory. Both of these theories are evidence-based and strongly supported by research. I utilize client-centered and solution-focused models and implement various techniques such as mindfulness skills, sand tray, and play therapy. I highly value a holistic mind-body-spirit approach to healing and restoration of self, and provide support in times of uncertainty and distress for adults, teens, and children. I am also a Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner and offer parenting help for foster and adoptive families.
