Clients I work with long, amid life's curveballs and losses, to find calm within themselves and their relationships. Over time, they learn to recognize their humanity in imperfection and that self-compassion is vital to their inner peace, no matter the depth of pain their story holds.

I am passionate about helping my clients befriend themselves and their bodies through a warm, collaborative, compassionate approach — with a gentle sprinkling of humor. I do this by slowing down in session and helping clients notice what they feel in their bodies so they can gradually learn to tolerate the painful feelings they strive to avoid.
