Hi! I'm so glad you're here. Welcome to my profile. Many of the clients I've worked with have experienced a sense of feeling stuck in some area of their life whether it's in their relationships with themselves or with others. They desire for their life to look different, but are at a loss of how to create the change they're longing for and only end up feeling anxious, depressed, or attempting to fill the void or distract from the feelings of overwhelm that a different way of life is possible.
I invite my clients into a space of warmth, compassion and curiosity. We together look at the patterns of how you relate to yourself, others, and your world that are not serving you and where they might have began. We then together create a new path of relating to yourself and your world in a way that brings more joy, peace and hope.
