Counseling for Self-Discovery & Greater Well-Being. Throughout life, we encounter experiences that challenge how we understand ourselves and the world—trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, life transitions, questions of identity and purpose, and experiences that expand our sense of self or reality. Healing is rarely linear; it often unfolds through cycles of struggle, reflection, growth, and transformation. Beginning counseling can feel vulnerable, yet it can also be a courageous step toward greater understanding, connection, and wholeness.

As an Existential–Integrative counselor, my work is rooted in Existential, Humanistic, and Transpersonal psychology. I support adults navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, life transitions, identity, existential and spiritual concerns, and psychedelic, Holotropic, or other transformative experiences.

I meet each person with empathy, curiosity, nonjudgment, and compassion, honoring the connection of mind, body, relationships, spirit, and the larger world. Together, we can explore what has shaped you, tend to what needs healing, and cultivate greater self-understanding, resilience, authenticity, meaning, purpose, and connection.
