Throughout life’s journey, we encounter moments that challenge us—grief, anxiety, trauma, uncertainty, and experiences that expand how we see ourselves and reality. Healing is rarely linear; it flows in cycles of contraction, expansion, and transformation. Beginning counseling can feel vulnerable, yet it is a courageous step toward integration and growth. As an Existential–Integrative counselor, I support clients as they transcend challenges, explore identity, and move toward wholeness, deeper connection, and meaningful self-actualization.

I use an Existential–Integrative approach rooted in Existential, Humanistic, and Transpersonal psychology. I offer presence and attunement while supporting clients as they explore life’s deepest challenges, trauma, identity, expanded states and transformative experiences. My adaptive approach unfolds to meet each client’s unique needs and journey.

I meet each client with radical empathy, non-judgment, and compassion. Honoring the interconnection of mind, body, and spirit, I approach each person holistically. Together, we integrate perspectives to heal trauma, transcend challenges, cultivate wholeness, deepen connection, and awaken self-actualization, insight, meaning and purpose.
