*This group meets online once a week.* You feel your heart racing, sweating, feeling like you will pass out, shaking, and tightness in your throat. You worry about everything and rationally you know the worries are unfounded. These worries keep you up at night and you ruminating about all the things that happened that day. This 5 week group will teach you tangible skills to change your thoughts, decrease the intensity and duration of panic attacks, create new habits, and feel less anxious. Imagine living a life free from worry and panic.
