I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and have additional training in Grief and Loss, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to treat anxiety and depression. I believe good mental health is equally as important as good physical health. I am enthusiastic about helping people to achieve and maintain balance in their lives.
