I believe something in you knows what is right for you, and that it is my job to help us listen for that inner knowing. I have an interactive style that is challenging and compassionate. The nature of my work with clients is determined first and foremost by your needs and preferences.
As a Jungian analyst, I believe that humans have a fundamental towards psychological growth. Symptoms can result when we fail to integrate parts of our personality. The basic goal of therapy therefore is to facilitate an on-going dialogue between our conscious and unconscious selves.
Dreams can be a helpful tool in facilitating a dialogue between the conscious and unconscious because they always tell us something new that we didn't know before. I welcome you to bring your dreams to our work if you are curious about them.

Motherhood as a Journey of Transformation
Most discussions of motherhood focus on the effects of mothering on the child. In this workshop, we will focus on how having a child affects the mother. Using dreams, fairy tales, personal essays, and other material, we will explore themes such as time, loss, creativity, the shadow, and claiming our own authority. Through this exploration, we will learn how motherhood can be a catalyst for growing into whom we were meant to be.
