Psychotherapy is an opportunity to help achieve transformation within ourselves. While it may be difficult to find the right therapist to work with at first, I find my warm, empathetic, friendly, straight-forward approach helps my clients work through issues to find peace and purpose within their lives, as we work collaboratively to find the right therapeutic approach that works for you. I particularly enjoy couples work, and I have expertise working with perinatal mood disordered clients, infertility challenges, basically all phases of pregnancy, including pre and post, for which I have completed certification training.

My practice focuses on women's health issues, such as perinatal, postpartum, infertility, pregnancy, menopause, challenges related to the parenting roles. I work with couples, families, individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, working through grief, life transitions, martial issues, and challenges unique to the LBGTQ community.

I also have a special interest and experience working with athletes during phase-of-life transitions and the uncertainty that comes when defining a new identity.
