I have expertise working with Perinatal Mental Health - infertility challenges, all phases of pregnancy, including postpartum, working through the trauma of loss, or perhaps it's the change in identity while in a new parenting role with different parenting challenges, which I have completed certification training.
I enjoy working with clients navigating the unique challenges to the LGBTQ+ community and couple's work.
I also have experience assisting athletes during various phase-of-life transitions, with a particular interest in facilitating positive identity shifts as they transition to new pathways.
