Hello and welcome! I know that getting started with therapy can be difficult and has maybe been something you have considered for awhile. I appreciate the opportunity to see if I might be a good fit for you. My areas of focus include Maternal mental health, managing stress and changes in your life, women's issues, relationships, overcoming trauma and family of origin issues, parenting and reproductive mental health, and navigating times of transition. I especially enjoy supporting young women who are just starting out on their journey to figure out their career, relationships and what they want out of life.
My therapeutic approach is holistic and person-centered. My role is to help you find your way on your path to true happiness and peace, whatever that means for you. I will be supportive, nonjudgemental and at times will offer a different perspective.
I will be a listening ear, supporting you in whatever daily struggles you experience, or any life changes you are facing. You may want to explore current and past personal relationships, choices and experiences as we work toward your current goals. I look forward to meeting you!
