My passion is working with families and helping them navigate through difficult times. In my past experiences, I've worked with individuals of all ages in different phases of their lives. I am currently working with children, adolescents, and adults. I offer individual, co-parenting, and family therapy.
My approach is warm, supportive, trauma-informed, and person-centered. I integrate various therapeutic models depending on your needs and goals. I also utilize a multicultural framework and an intersectional lens to ensure holistic care. I am a firm believer that you are the expert of your own life.
