I enter a therapeutic relationship as an engaging, compassionate, empathetic, and open-minded therapist, often using humor and warmth to set you at ease. I work collaboratively with clients to identify, plan, and reach individualized goals and desired outcomes. My experience is in family and college counseling centers. I utilize therapeutical approaches including person-centered, solution-focused brief, and cognitive behavioral therapies tailoring specific skills and techniques to meet client needs. I support and empower clients with skills and insights needed to overcome obstacles and experience meaningful growth.
