I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters degree in Social Work from NYU. I also hold a Masters in Human Development and Family Studies. My academic training informs my work, however, it is the fact that I am a person with a story and an ever expanding journey upward toward health and wholeness that is at the heart of what I do.
In my 15+ years in human services and social work along with my own personal journey, I have found that much of what keeps us stuck in any problem or challenge has to do with how empowered we feel.
