I bring over twenty-five years of clinical experience and am privileged to have worked with a wide range of people from various walks of life, diverse perspectives and cultures. I draw from a rich range of theory and technique to better craft a treatment plan responsive to your unique needs and goals.
My specialties include working with issues of loss of meaning, anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity and relationship struggles, and grief and loss.
My areas of expertise include Jungian psychoanalysis, which required a rigorous, five-year, full-time training, as well as extensive study in mindfulness-based somatic psychotherapy. I am also trained in (Othmer Method) Neurofeedback, a form of biofeedback that "exercises" the central nervous system to enhance brain regulation and stability.
