It can assist you in gaining the control back over your life and developing a healthier self-esteem.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have 10+ years working in the area of mental health and substance abuse/addiction and my experience is diverse. Together we will work on developing healthier coping skills while identifying and eliminating maladaptive coping skills.
My practice serves individuals, couples, and families. Relationships can be fragile. Let's talk about them before they break. I am by appointment only. I offer day and evening appointments M-F 10 am-8 pm.
