Attachment Relationship Issues, Anxiety/PTSD, Depression, School and Developmental issues, Adult/Childhood/Family Adjustment and Transitional Issues such as divorce, trauma, major life changes, Family Therapy and Parenting.
Counseling begins with collaboration on what the client wants from therapy. There are many ways to understand a problem and find solutions to it. These include talking things over, play and expressive therapies such as art and sand tray or cognitive skill building. I tailor my approach to the personality and needs of the client.
