I use a client-centered approach along with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and play therapy.
I have been working with children, adults and families for 20 years. I provide therapy to individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, lack of emotional regulation and complex family issues. I also provide therapy to Autistic children and adults that are trying to navigate the complexities of a neurotypical world.
