Welcome! We are all capable of change, but it's easy to feel stuck when taking the first step. I'm here to help. I support my clients as they work toward goals and navigate a wide range of life stressors, from relationship issues to school and career transitions to managing ADHD, OCD, and other mental health challenges. Whatever your starting point, I will work with you to address current roadblocks and identify values-based steps toward change. I graduated from Virginia Tech's Counselor Education program in 2024 after working with clients aged 6-90+ as an intern at the Family Therapy Center at Virginia Tech and Warm Hearth Village in Blacksburg, VA. I also have a Ph.D. in Sociology and have spent over a decade researching the ways family dynamics and other social connections impact well-being.
Because finding the right therapist can be difficult, I offer free 15-minute consultations to all prospective clients so you can meet me and get a sense of how I would help you. I look forward to hearing from you!
