I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 18 years of experience in helping people find their own inner light amidst the darkness of depression, trauma, anxiety, and loss. I utilize a holistic approach, which draws upon the unique strengths of each individual as key to the healing process.
I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients, but specialize in adolescents and young adults. I have extensive experience in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic stress, grief/loss, self-esteem, and relationship issues. I've had 12 years of experience as a Music Therapist and will at times incorporate music into treatment.
