About
NO Wait List: Whether you are a child, teen, or adult, there are things that cause stress in life. Sometimes it is school, work, or even a relationship. Other times, it may be more complex and may have even been a significant event such as a loss of a loved one (even a pet), trauma from when you were younger, or maybe a recent change threw you for a loop. With over 20+ years of experience working with children and adults I can assure you that there is a way through what you are feeling. Together we can work through those issues using an individualized and wholistic approach (and hopefully find some laughter along the way).
I offer a safe place for children, adolescents and adults to express themselves and work through difficult emotions, stress, and anxiety. I am a body positive therapist who builds in a wholistic approach to healing. I make every effort to ensure treatment is individualized and abide by professional boundaries and ethics.
Choosing a therapist/counselor can seem overwhelming. But you made it this far and that counts for something! Contact me and we can see if I am a good fit for you or your child.
