I have chosen an eclectic treatment approach to explain how I work with people. It is my belief that in order for a clinician to be effective, they need to meet the person where they are at. In doing so, they are more able to listen to and help that individual to move in a positive therapeutic direction but at a speed that works for them.
I believe in the importance of people being able to connect their thought patterns to how they act and how they respond to other people or situations. It is only by connecting our thoughts and actions that we can truly understand how we impact our own lives, including our success and happiness.
