Groups
Online Supervision in Small Group Format
Small group Supervision is a dynamic format in which practitioners grow, support, and learn from one another as well as from the Supervisor. 3 or 4 therapists meet approximately every 2 to 4 weeks online to discuss clients and enhance psychodynamic insight, sharpen skills in the therapeutic uses of the relationship, delve into transference and countertransference dynamics and explore the use of new interventions. Participants also learn how to use self-revelation effectively and open to the powerful personal growth that work with clients offers. Every effort is made to place participants with others at a similar level.
