Hi, I'm Lisa! I offer counseling for adults, families, teens, and children. Yes, counseling works, and you and your family can change through this process. I am great with kids and teens; it comes naturally to me. Adults appreciate my down-to-earth nature and ability to meet them where they're at. Counseling techniques I like to use: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Lifespan Integration Therapy (LI certified), Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems Therapy, and Play Therapy (for children). I provide both traditional counseling and Christian counseling, upon request of the client.
