My therapeutic approach is grounded in a person-centered, compassionate philosophy that recognizes the inherent value of every individual. I strive hard to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can show up as their authentic selves, knowing that when people feel truly heard and understood, they are empowered to make meaningful changes. With over a decade of clinical experience, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, OCD, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship issues, and trauma.
I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders and have deep empathy and respect for individuals navigating their recoveries. I am passionate about helping people heal from the underlying emotional, social, and psychological factors that often fuel these conditions and perpetuate unhealthy relationships with food and body image.
I provide individual therapy to adults aged 18 and older and am dedicated to fostering a space where you can begin to heal and thrive. If you believe I could be a good fit for your needs, please do not hesitate to reach out via my website or by email. I look forward to supporting you!
