My Specialities include anger management, domestic Violence, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, chronic pain and illness. For children and teens with ADHD, learning disabilities, and/or oppositional and defiant behaviors, I integrate social and behavioral skills training into my work.
I utilize a variety of modalities based on the needs of my clients some of which include: solution focused, cognitive behavioral, behavioral, mindfulness based strategies, client centered and psycho-education.
