I utilize an eclectic, client-centered approach incorporating Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectic Behavioral techniques, Solution-Focused, and Psycho-education. I specialize in working with teens and young adults age 12 and older; treating anxiety disorders, adjustment issues/life changes/transitions, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, relationship/peer issues, & depression.
