I am experienced in individual and family therapy and utilize evidence based practices along with empathy, collaboration and humor to address your unique concerns, needs and circumstances. I have a wide range of experience with many different issues, including depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, trauma, grief and loss, relationship struggles, behavioral issues and parenting skills. I primarily work with clients from school age to middle adulthood.

Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, friends and many animals, traveling, going to the theater, concerts and spending time outdoors. I believe in living a healthy, well balanced life and hope to help you achieve the same.
