I specialize in providing compassionate, evidence-based support for individuals with histories of abuse or toxic relationships.  You might notice that you are stuck with negative beliefs about yourself. Maybe you are haunted by distressing memories. Or have self-sabotaging behaviors. My approach is tailored to help you process these complex experiences, regain emotional balance, and move forward toward joy.
In our sessions, I offer you a safe environment where you can begin to explore and heal from the patterns of emotional pain, hypervigilance, and negative self-beliefs. I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy to help you regain control and reduce the symptoms that disrupt your daily life. We work at your pace, honoring your unique journey and resilience.
My clients are busy people who are working hard to manage the demands of their own lives while using therapy as a tool to improve how they feel and interact with the world around them. My clients enjoy having the flexibility of both online and in-person sessions. I have offices in St. Francisville and New Orleans.
