If you’ve come out of a high-conflict or emotionally abusive relationship, you know that the end of the relationship doesn’t always mean the end of the turmoil. You may still feel anxious, hypervigilant, or uncertain about who you are now. Whether your experience involved a painful divorce, a manipulative partner, or years of emotional chaos, it’s normal to feel exhausted and confused — and it’s possible to heal. My clients often come to me saying they still feel “stuck” — unable to relax, struggling to trust themselves, or replaying difficult memories. Together, we work to calm the body, clear the mind, and rebuild confidence.
I use both talk therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy to give my clients fast, effective relief. We work together to reclaim your power; to bring you peace and stability as you move forward. I work with clients in my Metairie office as well as online so that therapy is available at your convenience. ​
