As a licensed clinical psychologist, I enjoy helping people resolve challenges and improve their quality of life. In addition to elementary age kids and teen, I work with couples and adults, especially those navigating autism spectrum disorder or ADHD in relationships, education, and careers. My services include traditional therapy, couples counseling, social skills and executive function coaching, career mentoring, and neuropsychological assessments for neurodevelopmental, learning, anxiety/mood, and personality disorders. I have many years of experience with gifted and twice-exceptional (2e) individuals.
I currently devote half of my time to neuropsychological assessments for autism, ADHD, learning disorders, processing disorders, anxiety/mood, and personality disorders in individuals ages 2:6 through older adult. The other half is spent doing talk/play therapy with kids/teens, and various types of counseling and coaching with adults and couples.
I am a Philadelphia native who relocated to Los Angeles in the 1990s. Integrating elements from various schools of thought, I utilize a strengths-based approach to help individuals identify & explore problems, determine goals, and actively work towards improved quality of life. I have always been very active in the gifted/twice-exceptional community.
