I am a trained in Hakomi psychotherapy, and transpersonal, self, somatic and attachment therapies. I am a long-time committed Theravada mindfulness meditator and teacher, and a certified Death Doula. A certified in Mindful Self-Compassion, Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness teacher, as well as Psychedelic Assisted Therapy (CIIS/CPTR), Ketamine Assisted Therapy (Polaris Insight Center) and Holotropic Breathwork Training. I am uniquely positioned to blend the healing and transformative power of mindfulness within a wholesome therapeutic relationship.
