I specialize in life adjustments, anticipatory grief and loss. Some of my most fulfilling work has been spent with those facing life-limiting illnesses as they navigate ways to live with meaning, beauty, and authenticity.

Research shows that the most important indicator of the effectiveness of therapy is the quality of the therapist and client relationship. This is my favorite thing about counseling. I believe this relationship is what matters most when creating an effective strategy for change.
