I believe that my job as a therapist is to work in a partnership with clients in learning more about themselves, identifying barriers in their lives, and creating strategies and solutions on how to overcome them. There is not just one way to achieve personal happiness, and I will help each client navigate their own way to achieve their goals.
I offer a solution focused approach to therapy and I utilize cognitive-behavioral techniques with both my coaching and therapy clients. I truly enjoy working with individuals on discovering their strengths and weaknesses in Executive Function and how they can impact their daily lives and their perspective. ( ADHD, Parenting, Anxiety, Depression, Grief)
