Welcome! My name is Lisa Kelly. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I received my master's degree in 2014 and have since then worked with both children and adults with a wide range of mental health disorders. I primarily work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, other mood disorders, and trauma spectrum disorders. My therapeutic approach is one of compassion, authenticity, and connection. With that foundation, I help clients through their struggles one day at a time. I strive to help people create more love and compassion for themselves and others.
I blend my style of therapy using evidence-based treatment with holistic care. I primarily focus on adults at this time. Many people I work with are on a healing journey and my best work is done with individuals at this time. I strive to make my therapeutic approach nonjudgmental and empathetic. I tailor sessions to meet your unique therapeutic needs.
My career as a therapist is a second career. I entered this work after spending many years on the administrative side of the non-profit sector. After a life transition of my own, I discovered that working directly with people was my calling.
