I am skilled at working with people suffering with anxiety, depression, anger management, relationship issues, grief, and PTSD. Having a previous career in sales and marketing, I understand the challenges of the corporate work place along with the pressure and anxiety that can accompany that life. My specialty is trauma and PTSD. I am thankful to journey with people to difficult places so they can let go of triggers and flashbacks.
Methods used in my practice are evidence based and proved to work. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) addresses how negative thoughts affect feelings and behaviors. Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) encourages clients to recognize strengths and maximize their potential. I also use EMDR which can help people suffering from past trauma.
