I have 30 years of experience working with clients seeking to thrive in life. I specialize in working with trauma (a stressful event that shatters ones sense of security in the world leaving them feeling overwhelmed and helpless) using EMDR, Sensorimotor psychotherapy, Sandtray therapy, Art therapy and Play therapy. I work with adults, children, and families. I believe in a holistic approach incorporating the mind, body and spirit to heal.
I focus on the neuropsychology of the brain and how we can use this information to prune and rewire the brain. I teach emotional intelligence and self regulation skills using a SMART room where we are up and moving around.
