I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of New York, and I assist adults in living healthier lives. My areas of interest include but are not limited to: early professionals seeking clinical supervision hours, women's issues, college students, living with symptoms of depression and anxiety, mental health stigma in the African-American/Caribbean community, and potential stressors transitioning from youth to adulthood.
I have served the mental health community in an assortment of roles. My past clinical experience includes treatment within psychiatric hospitals, emergency rooms, residential treatment facilities, after school programs, and community mental health clinics.
By taking a community focus on mental health, I collaborate with families, colleagues, churches, schools, and local leaders to guide people into becoming healthier, well-adjusted, independent, productive members of society.
