I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Indiana. I have several years of experience working with clients on issues relating to behavior concerns, stress and anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflict, parenting issues, and everyday life stressors. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
I have worked with individuals, couples, groups, and families from various social and economic backgrounds, cultures, and spiritual backgrounds, my warm, direct approach will help you address your concerns and develop appropriate solutions to assist you with navigating life in the healthiest way possible.
I typically work with Men and women ages 18 to 80. I also provide therapy to youth ages 12 to 17. Typical concerns are family issues, relationship issues, parenting concerns, childhood issues, anxiety, depression, and difficulties adjusting to various life stressors.
