Therapy is a collaborative process, and I truly believe in the strength and perseverance of every person I see. I use traditional methods of talk therapy as well as play therapy and sand tray therapy to address emotional & behavioral issues. I provide play therapy for children in person only. Telehealth is available for teens, adults/parents in OK & TX.
