We all need support at times. We may be ready to dive deep and other times we just need a safe space and someone to listen. My approach to therapy is fluid. I believe that therapy is something we can flow in and out of. The goal is to go out and live your life!
I utilize an array of therapeutic modalities that include EMDR, Target 2 Zero, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Cognitive Behavioral and Mindfulness based therapy. I believe mindfulness is a key ingredient to the process of change.
I may include Sound healing and or Reiki into a session if you are open to that as part of your healing process.
I am a Licensed Clinician in MA and ME. TH Licensed in FL. NASW Member. EMDR Certified Clinician through EMDRIA. Target 2 Zero trained. IFS Level I Trained through the IFS Institute. I am a Usui Reiki Master Practitioner. My approach is client centered, trauma informed, with a focus on transitions of life, trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression and grief.
