Welcome to The Comfy Place! I know that seeking out therapy can be a new and sometimes uncomfortable experience, but I appreciate you considering me to help you on your journey. My focus is on helping children, teens, young adults, and families heal. I understand that life has many ups and downs so, I aim to create a safe space where people can have fun, get real, and heal. I want everyone to feel like they are a part of our Comfy Place family where we welcome all with open arms no matter where they are on their walk in life. I’m Lisa and I’m excited to work with you and/or your little one! I provide individual, group, and family therapy for children, teens, young adults, and their families. I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, social skills, stress and anger management, conflict resolution, and family/relationship issues.
I am passionate about working with children, teens, and young adults. I know that each group requires special attention which is why I use different therapeutic interventions to meet their needs and achieve results. My office is a safe space for all!
